Making a Commitment to Yourself with Turbulence Training

Thursday, August 11th, 2011

It’s easy to skip workouts and prioritize work and family commitments over exercising and eating right, but it doesn’t have to be this way. Scheduling time to work out and make healthy meals is easy; it’s keeping those commitments that can be challenging.

The first step to making a real commitment to working out and being healthy is choosing a program wisely. Turbulence Training is an excellent program to choose because it doesn’t require a massive time commitment. Forty-five minutes three times a week is all that’s needed to get a rockin’ body.

The second step is to schedule the workouts and meal-planning times just like any other meeting or commitment would be scheduled. Whether it’s typed into an electronic turbulence training review calendar or penciled onto a desk blotter, blocking these times off and honoring them by not rescheduling or canceling them is important. It’s also crucial to ask others to honor the time scheduled and set aside for these important personal improvement activities. Treating workouts like a business meeting helps ensure that they’ll get done each week as planned.
