Jason Ferruggia and Motivation

Unless you have been under a rock for the last 40 years…you know that if you don’t watch what you eat, exercise, and develop a positive mental balance, you won’t be healthy to your optimum potential. I know I need to exercise. Haven’t we all said that to ourselves? We know that diet and exercise are the key essential ingredients to weight loss. So why do we continue to hope for a quick fix pill? The answer lies in motivation. On a blog I found by Jason Ferruggia, he states that everyone lacks motivation at one time or another, but he offers some suggestions to help you get off the couch and get moving.

To recap some suggestions, Jason suggests that when jason ferruggia you finally do decide to work out, you need to find a slave-driveresque type of workout partner…a partner that absolutely will not let you back out of your appointments at the gym together. If you work out at home, friendly competition with a neighbor may improve your chances of a workout. Then when you are tired, you can finish the rest of your workout by doing something that you enjoy.
